Cons: "I was unable to upgrade my seat selection. Snack selections were limited regarding choices and variety."

Pros: "the people were Awesome!!flight crew were very personable and easy to get along with, as well as get in touch with."

Cons: "where to start, I am not a huge overweight person. I have 26-28" shoulders and longer legs then most 5'-10" people have. That said, you should not be required to hold your arm out and hold the seat back in front of you so that you are not elbowing or shouldering the people beside you. sitting sideways on a seat I paid extra for doesn't seem like a great flight to me."

Pros: "Everything"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The FA’s and pilot"

Cons: "I love the flight becayse it was smooth sailing and delta is always choice."

Pros: "Excellent flight crew, flight had decent leg room. Loved the inflight entertainment. Clean plane, boarding was easy."

Pros: "Traveling with a 4 year old isn’t always easy. Delta’s flight attendants and the captains controlling the plane were excellent! Safe flight. And the entertainment that is provided for the customers is fun and relaxing. Makes a 4.5 hour flight go by quick. Thank you delta, I will be flying with you in the future"

Pros: "Everything"

Pros: "It was great"

Pros: "The crew were so polite and happy!"

Cons: "Those seats! UGH!"

Pros: "Not sure who thought every passenger is 5'6 but for the rest of us, the seat pitch is ridiculously close. Like knees to the seat in front close. I'm 5'10 and I was very uncomfortable the entire flight."

Cons: "See above"

Pros: "New aircraft A320"

Cons: "Late,"

Pros: "Flight was comfortable. Short, sweet, and landed before I knew it. Boarding was a smooth process."

Cons: "The flight crew and service on the plane was fine. My biggest complaint was at the baggage drop off at the airport, where there was quite a long line without any crew members assisting us. A five to ten minute wait is fine, but a fifteen minute wait, with only three crew members compared to the other airlines? By the time I dropped off my baggage, the other airlines were finished with their customers, and there was still quite a line behind me."

Pros: "Barcelona is a busy place. Don't forget your adapter plugs - like I did."

Pros: "Service was excellent in spite of the terrible weather conditions. Flight attendants were very friendly."

Pros: "Received sky boarding despite having a seat near the front. I like the smaller plane because there was plenty more leg room where I was (9c). A variety of free snacks were offered along with starbucks coffee, score! I wish I'd brought my ipad to take advantage of the free wi-fi and movies in-flight. Take-off & landing were very smooth despite a delay upon take-off. Made my connecting flight with time to buy lunch."

Pros: "Service was great, flight was excellent"

Cons: "Delay"

Cons: "NO ENTERTAINMENT no snacks on the second flight after an hr 24 layover AND 52 minutes delay, seat near the bathroom which smelled horrible"

Pros: "Polite and efficient"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "I was comfortable in my seat, with the pilot and the stewardesses."

Cons: "I was charged for my carry-on bag. My first time flying I didn't know that I could have a carry-on and pocketbook to take with me."

Pros: "It only took them 10 minutes to turn things around to make up time for the delay."

Cons: "The seat pockets were not cleaned."

Pros: "I'm not sure but it seemed as though the isle was wider than before or other airlines. It looks as nice not having the beverage cart hit my elbow when it went down the isle."

Cons: "Delays and ground chaos nearly caused us to miss our international connection. Gate staff unable to provide assistance with booking on connecting partner airline. Gate staff unaware of new terminal 3 to TBIT airside shuttle nearly directed us to leave domestic and requeue for international security. Will like skip Delta connectors to long haul international flights and just fly direct from SFO."

Pros: "When I finally got on a flight (see what I didn't like), the crew was very helpful and the flight was comfortable."

Cons: "When I checked in online, I received boarding passes for the first two legs of the trip, but was told to see a gate agent in Amsterdam for the boarding pass for that flight. It turns out that there was a problem, attributed by one of the KLM staff that I talked with to "a communication problem between Delta and KLM." As a result, I was finally given a stand-by boarding pass. Since the flight was full, I was denied boarding. After hours of trying to figure this out, the KLM staff put me on a flight for the next day and organized a stay at an airport hotel. The KLM staff were very nice, but it seemed to take a very long time to figure this out. They also failed to note that the denial of boarding in the records, which caused a problem in my return flight. The upshot: I missed a follow-on flight to Budapest and had to pay a huge rebooking fee for that missed flight. I also missed a day of my vacation."

Pros: "Reassuring that the airport desk staff were keeping an eye on my connection from LAX to Columbus. Turned out it was too tight of a squeeze and I missed the connecting airplane's door closing by a few minutes, despite having RUN through LAX to get there."

Cons: "I am disappointed by the lack of communication among Delta staff when we arrived at LAX. Our turn-around was late coming into SMF, thus late leaving. It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Thank you."

Pros: "Met my cousins from Portland in SLC and killed layover time"

Pros: "The seats were comfortable, service was good, movie/entertainment selection great. Logistics for flight were awesome, there was no long layover."

Cons: "The extra fee for check-in baggage."

Pros: "Pilot has very smooth landing. Crew were nice"

Cons: "Enforce your baggage size and number limits. A significant number of passengers take bags onboard that are oversized."

Cons: "in Amsterdam any DELTA crew helm us, only KLM"

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Delta doesn't challenge anyone who attempts to pre-board. It's become somewhat of a joke. The plane was hot (717) with very poor ventilation. Was in 1st class and didn't get beverage service after boarding. Then, the plane sat on a remote taxiway another 30 minutes before takeoff, fully loaded, no A/C, and still no beverage service. Truly miserable hot and sweaty flight."

Pros: "new plane seemed roomier"

Pros: "The crew"

Cons: "Tiny seats"

Pros: "I definitely like the variety of entertainment that was given throughout the flight."

Cons: "The flight attendant was so rude to others including myself. I'm not one to be to needy but when i was about to ask the lady if I can switch seats to the fair back where there was two empty seats she gladly let the other person but not me. She said no that if I wanted to sit back I needed to set with the other person. Our flight was from NYC to PR 5hour long and in between those hours she let a couple sit together on the other empty rows while I was feeling supper sick. Other passengers notice and had told me that they felt sorry for me. I was Embarressed. I was debating on venting on Twitter just yet and also on this review because what difference does it make. What matters the most is that we all got to our destination safely."

Pros: "the chick who worked the counter for the preboard flight counter was really REALLY nice"

Cons: "everyone on my flight was ugly"

Pros: "Was upgraded to first class on my return flights. Service was excellent seats were comfy. Benefit of being a card holder and flying only American Airlines."

Cons: "Nothing."

Cons: "The lines were too long for a 75 year old. I have recheck but did not get it with American. Security was madness, no one keeping social distance in spite of all your lovely signs. The staff giving directions on the moving table was unintelligible to me and so i left my iPad in my bag and had to spend 20 minutes tearing my bag apart . The gate was the only one not listened on the departure board and so i went the wrong way into the wrong Gs. There was no one around to check with, no one to ask and when i realized i went the wrong way i had to run back . At 75. I was the last one on board. No one helped me. The only friendly and helpful staff i met was Peter on the Chicago to LaCrosse flight. Very disappointed."

Pros: "Smooth as butter. Slept the whole way."

Cons: "Nothing could have improved it."

Cons: "After the flight was diverted due to Weather conditions I missed my connecting flight and American Airlines did a terrible job handling the changes and assisting their customers at DFW airport."

Pros: "Everything was easy"

Cons: "Poor planning caused us to sit on the ramp an hour and a half for a gate to open up."

Pros: "It was fine the next leg of the trip was cancelled"

Pros: "Crew was amazing, seating too crowded"

Cons: "Consider removing seats to add more space per seat"

Pros: "That I was FINALLY able to get to my destination after a THREE AND HALF HOUR DELAY. Mechanical malfunctions, Get crew unable to find the pilots once the mechanical malfunction was corrected, sitting on the plane for an hour waiting for some "guy" to be located who went missing who was responsible for our weight to certified for flight. I didn't like anything."

Cons: "Everything."

Pros: "flight was on time!"

Cons: "Flight attendants were NOT personal at all. Did not say hello or even greet passengers. Totally acted like they did not want to be there. Made me feel like we were nothing but a bother to even.be there. Hate all the interruptions advertising the credit card. Very annoying!"

Pros: "Seat uncomfortable. AA put me on a middle seat in my last 4 trips. I will never fly with AA."

Cons: "Better seat options."

Pros: "Staff was helpful throughout the flight. I like being kept updated on arrival time etc."

Pros: "Another customer allowed me to sit in the aisle seat rather than the assigned middle seat. That was much appreciated. And I enjoyed an movie during the flight. I like being able to choose what I want to watch and stream it on my own device."

Cons: "It was really cold on the airplane. I kept my jacket on for the entire flight. I’m typically warm natured, so it was unusually cold."

Pros: "Fast friendly service. From the security line to the friendly employees at AA. It was simple and fast."

Pros: "Got here early"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Crew was good"

Cons: "Baggage took 40+ mins unacceptable"

Cons: "Poor flight. Staff kept the plane ridiculously warm the entire flight."

Pros: "Delayed on the runway but overall good and smooth"

Cons: "Flight service was ok"

Cons: "I need to be able to charge my phone on the airplane!"

Pros: "Everything else was great - including rest of crew"

Cons: "plane departure was delayed after boarding because the pilot hadn't arrived from local residence or hotel to SFO in time - as a result we sat on tarmac for half hour or more before departure AND because we arrived late we sat on tarmac for awhile waiting for an arrival gate to open at DCA"

Pros: "The aircraft was newer and the flight smooth. The pilot kept us updated on potential turbulence, which was comforting No one knew if Charlotte was going to get a gust from IRMA. The flight attendants were also friendly which isn't the case on some airlines."

Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "No entertainment in Business/First and no USB plugs or outlets. Only difference between Business and coach is the size of the seats. The rest was the same. I expected more service, food of some sort and entertainment or connectivity. I will probably avoid flying American if I can help it unless I see that they have updated things."

Pros: "Everything was great. I didn't have any food or drink. I slept the whole way to Dallas"

Pros: "It has been a good experience! Kayak kept updating me about gates and terminals for my connecting flights..."

Pros: "Everything went smoothly"

Pros: "Spaciousness of the middle seat they gave me headphones"

Cons: "Not a thing to complain about wonderful flight"

Cons: "Having a fat person take up half your seat shouldn't be allowed. They should buy 2 tickets if they take up 2 seats"

Pros: "Quick and smooth flight."

Pros: "Roomy first class and very nice staff!"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "The fact we were staring at the plane for 3 hours waiting to take off and customer service and the gate staff was no help"

Pros: "Great crew!"

Cons: "Check in through website was confusing to do. Flight shows on alaska airlines sight as a united flight. I downloaded the united app, and it tells me my flight is not just through american airlines, but through another carrier, american freedom or aomething like that. Very confusing. I called someone, I think american airlines, by this time completely confused. If there are multiple carrier types, I should be able to input my flight number and my info ahould come up for me to view flight info and check in, or seat assignment. In the end I dowloaded 2 or 3 apps, a confusing phone call, and when i got to rhw intial check in I was not treated well by tsa personnel. Maybe my name triggered thw extra search or something.Anyway, that last part is unrelated but my return flight was kind of a struggle."

Pros: "Flight attendants were awesome, aircraft was clean and seats were great."

Pros: "The free movies and plug in phone charger ..."

Cons: "No problems or worries from me"

Pros: "Have a great trip without any problems."

Pros: "The crew, the fabulous plane with USB ports and free movies"

Cons: "It would have been nice to have ear phones for the movies."

Cons: "2 days late"

Cons: "Didn't even get on the flight due to delay out of KSMF and I talked to the ticket lady and this has been happening very regularly due to runway construction in Phoenix. Yet the airline won't let you know or change the schedules they just take your money knowing they will likely not be able to deliver the desired product."

Cons: "They were out of snacks. A little thing but got under my skin as unprofessional."

Pros: "Nothing"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Flight is really late causing missed connection"

Cons: "I paid $25 fo my luggage. I don't like it next time I will choose another company."

Pros: "Non-stop and comfort"

Cons: "No snacks at all :("

Pros: "The tv in the seat back"

Cons: "The lack of knowledge and carding of the desk staff i was so looking forward to this vacation and it ended in nightmare 2 missed connections, 3+ hours added driving for my ride home and getting home at 3:30am or later whwn I would have been home at 11:00 luggage sent on with out me on the flight all in all very disappointing"

Cons: "4 hr. Layover"

Cons: "A few crew members was rude"

Cons: "Flight delayed for 4 hours"

Pros: "Complimentary upgrade to first class"

Cons: "Rude flight attendance werent prompt"

Flight was delayed which put me in tight situation for the connecting flight

Cons: "It was all excellent."

Pros: "N/A"

Cons: "Boarding in the rain is definitely not a good experience! The flight delayed so long that some of us who had connecting flights had to run from gate to gate (including clearing Canada customs) within 20 mins. Last but not least, Taipei Taiwan should NOT be listed as China."

Pros: "On time, clean and comfortable"

Cons: "The only challenge for me was they couldn't take my form of payment on the plane for some food so I was out of luck. I had a Mastercard debit from the states. It is also a loss of revenue for you guys as well. They couldn't take the apple pay from the passenger next to me either. I know it's a lot of systems to update"

Cons: "Air Canada sucks. Not only did they delay our flight by 2.5 hours, it took them nearly an hour to get our baggage claim!"

Cons: "Significant delays in the flight. I seem to always have poor on time service with Air Canada. And not one apology, which is the least you would expect from a company in the service industry."

Cons: "The airline crew keep on pushing back the departure due to bad weather. No discipline while boarding passengers. Delay after landing to open the door. No clear instructions about the delays"

Cons: "My flights were so behind I missed my connection for Toronto to Tel Aviv and was rerouted to London and then Frankfurt but the plane was late getting there as well. Air canada had no crew on the ground and over and hour wait for customer service on the phone so i had no way to find out what my reticketing status was. I was passed off to numerous other airlines and sent through the airport to the incorrect terminals in heathrow causing another missed flight. Air canada did not accept the responsibility to maintain my reservation and get me to my destination efficiently. Even when I spoke with a phone representative the person was rude and never sent confirmation of my flights so I had no reference point for flight numbers or air lines. All of his added up to more than 13 hours of delays on what was already a 24 hour trip. Worst travel experience of my life."

Pros: "The agent at check-in was very friendly and helpful."

Cons: "Flight was delayed, so missed connection. As it turns out, Air Canada was aware all along that we would miss our connection; however, they still had us board. The gate agent should have been conscientious and informed us that the delay was ongoing with our flight being number 22+ on the tarmac to take off, thus guaranteeing our missed connection. They should have rebooked us on another flight from our original destination vs rebooking us upon arrival in Montreal to miss further connecting flights. Very disappointed!!!!! Based on this experience alone, never again will I or my family travel Air Canada."

Cons: "Didn't like the fact that food was not included in the airfare on a long flight (I think it was over 5 hours). This inconsistency between airline policies is very annoying - you never know if you can take food on-board, if you should take food along or how much you should expect to be ripped off at the terminal/on-flight. The entertainment unit stalled the entire time. Oh, and boarding... it's very odd to check-in at the domestic terminal at LAX for an international flight and I don't recall seeing any message in my email/SMS regarding this. So taxi dropped me off at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX and then I had to run over 4 terminals to get the Air Canada. A precaution about this would be nice."

Pros: "Flight"

Cons: "Flight re booked"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hours due to mechanical issues. Missed our connection to LAX in Toronto due to the delay. Poor communication from on the ground staff regarding the rebooking. When we actually got our rebooked flight, it was for two days later. Took multiple calls to booking line to get a more reasonable flight out the following day. The hotel they put us up in was over 40 minutes away too. To add insult to injury, when we finally got to LAX, our luggage didn't make it and didn't get delivered until two days later. Overall very poor experience."

Pros: "Crew on board as accommodating as they could be."

Cons: "Arrived at the airport to find hundreds of people on line trying to check in. No Air Canada employees were explaining anything to anyone, as we all stood in line for over a hour, nervous we'd miss our flights. Word was passed from the front of the line that the system was down. They held planes, so I guess everyone eventually made it to their flights--but not until everyone was stressed out to the limit. Lack of assistance from Air Canada personnel was glaring."

Cons: "Flight was 1h late"

Pros: "One kind guy at air Canada in Toronto who was very helpful considering the lack of help from every one else. Arrived at 2 in morning exhausted."

Cons: "Attitude of staff"

Cons: "Horrible, the most uncomfortable plain I ever been to"

Pros: "Had loads if room and was early to arrive"

Cons: "Uncomfortable sears. WiFi didnt work"

Pros: "Good entertainment system and comfy seats for a regional flight."

Cons: "Confusion at boarding, delays and turbulence the whole ride so they did not serve beverages."

Cons: "As per delaying of Cathy Dragon flight, I missed the flight back to Canada. Can you please give me a hand?"

Pros: "Once we got underway it was fine."

Cons: "6 hrs delay! The flight delays were mostly unannounced and we were sent from gate to gate multiple times without explanation of what was happening. We arrived at 3am."

Pros: "Affordable fares"

Cons: "They ran out of the food, and many people were left with no choice for dinner. Food was just okay. Crews weren't very helpful when boarding. It was hard to find a spot for my carry on luggage. I waited for someone to come over and help me find the spot, but no luck."

Pros: "The flight was smooth and on time. For the most part crew was friendly."

Cons: "I'm 5'2" med. built and felt the seats cramped with little leg space. My seat had cold water dripping down onto my head and neck from the vent above the window. The flight attendant's response was "it will stop after a little bit". Disappointing."

Cons: "This Air Canada flight was operated by Lufthansa and was cancelled due to the strike. So, this means that I am still in Germany which is not the worst place in the world to be stuck, especially because my parents live here. So a few day longer are not a problem for me, but if it takes a week, it is not good because I am supposed to be at work and I am using up vacation I had planned to spent with my family."

Cons: "The entertainment consisted of an IPad that you had to rent, and the attendants were not cheerful not helpful.... Just in a constant hurry."

Pros: "Normal quick flt."

Cons: "Nothing really, pretty standard."

Pros: "Crew was professional and friendly."

Cons: "No video on an international flight without an iPad or other device (with the app that want warned about until after boarding the plane) and even then the available selections were bad."

Pros: "Feel safe on the plane,I took direct flight which flu very quick & smooth,my heavy suitcase was taking care properly, hostess did theirs job nicely."

Cons: "Nothing,I was happy with my trips"

Cons: "There was no complimentary checked luggage. Not impressed because usually this is only done by the cheap budget airlines not a national airline."

Pros: "Same s above"

Pros: "Same plane as the one I flew on the way to Toronto. It's a really nice plane."

Cons: "Flight cancelled. had to spend night in Vancouver next day flight delayed had run fast to catch connecting flight to Deer Lake. Appalling that you guys are so useless with a flight on a major route such as Vancouver to Toronto. Will fly West Jet next time."

Pros: "I liked having the pillow and blanket giving to us. So great!"

Pros: "Always seems to happen with some leg of an Air Canada flight....and they couldn't find my luggage, so delayed my boarding at Customs, too."

Pros: "thanks for the $20 food voucher"

Cons: "late, and 20 minute shuttle ride to the main terminal"

Cons: "4 hours delay with no explanation and the least of apologies."

Pros: "I liked the meal that was served and that if you didnt want to pay for the ipad, you could access TV on your phone."

Cons: "I didnt like that there were not individual TVs for my 10 hour fllght. I would have appreciated the entertainment on such a long flight, especially the movies which I could not access without the app. I also felt that more snacks should have been provided."

Cons: "The person behind me kept kicking my seat and yelling at me to not recline my seat. I called a crew member over and asked if I wasn't allowed to and he said well she does have long legs. I paid for economy knowing the room that I was going to be given .. If she didn't like having her legs squished she should have upgraded her seat and the crew member shouldn't have allowed me to be uncomfortable and not having the same luxuries as the rest of the customers."

Pros: "Nothin"

Cons: "IFE and food were awful. Space was cramped, lights left on for a night flight. AirCanada headphone rules are just dumb."

Pros: "The crew is very good. Food was good. It is a short flight but I think it was good."

Pros: "Friendly crew. Very smooth flight. Easy to navigate terminal."

Cons: "Nothing!"

Pros: "the flight was on time, without any delay, easy boarding"

Cons: "Food was very mediocre, also the variety of movies needs to be improved asap."

Pros: "Friendly inconsiderate crew, Comfortable accommodation"

Cons: "1hr and 15 min delay. Would've been nice if there were some notification prior to, would have delayed airport transport Also, the boarding process seems very disorganized. An overwhelming number of people standing waiting to get on the plane. Might consider a better zone system"

Pros: "The flight was more pleasant than I had expected because there was plenty of leg/knee room for me."

Cons: "No complaints."

Cons: "Not able to connect to airplane WiFi"

Pros: "Comfortable seats. Nice crew"

Pros: "On time, smooth"

Cons: "Arriving in LAX with no gate to pull up to. When will United fix this decades-long defficiency?"

Cons: "Great flight"

Cons: "Flight was delayed by 5 hours."

Cons: "I can't believe how cramped the seats are. I am under 5 feet tall, and am average weight, and I had no room to spare."

Cons: "The fact that you have to download an app to get any kind of entertainment on United is a bit ridiculous. Plus the food offerings are poor at best."

Pros: "Service on Lufthansa is better than most us carriers"

Cons: "The gate agent did notice I was changing carrier but did not distinguish my bag at Check in"

Cons: "There was an odor of raw sewage the entire flight. Myself and my son were feeling ill by the time the flight was over."

Cons: "only pretzel, no nuts as option"

Cons: "I was seated next to an obese man who was racist and homophobic, and when I asked the flight attendant if I could move to the empty seat next to me because he was taking up a chunk of my seat, I was told “no” because I am not a united mileage plus member. not so nice! If i pay for an aisle seat I expect to be able to “sit” in the whole seat (and not to mention free from hatred)"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "They have no customer service."

Pros: "upgrade"

Cons: "Seats uncomfortable, crew rude to other passengers"

Pros: "Friendly crew and great pilot!"

Pros: "Everything"

Cons: "None for this flight."

Cons: "No one told us at the gate I was told to go to included on my ticket that it had been changed. I almost missed my flight if I had not asked an assistant at another gate. Then when I got to the correct gate I asked that assistant why there was no announcement of the change. He proceeded to tell me I didn't need to yell at him. That was unprofessional, disrepectful, and bottom line rudeness."

Pros: "Everything was fine, there was nothing exceptional about the flight."

Cons: "Just that it was rather cramped but that's pretty much flying on any airline these days, so I can't say that they're at fault."

Cons: "Late departing, crew not friendly, having take tiny plane to my destination...man next to me smalled sooo bad I had to turn my face into window to not get sick.not airline fault of course. Landed in Denver at one gate toward end of concourse and second plane s gate not listed anywhere. No board or person knew where. Found it was to be entire other end..pilot mumbled when talking not able understand his fast mumble."

Pros: "Great stewardess"

Cons: "Entirely too hot in the plane"

Pros: "I liked nothing about this airline"

Cons: "I was not able to board the fist flight because i got there one hour before the flight left. I drove 2 hours to catch my second plane and because i did that my entire ticket was cancel forcing me to pay $341.00 to purchase another ticket"

Cons: "Card reader for direct tv didn't work"

Pros: "Everyone was pleasant, flights were on time, no baggage lost, very little turbulence."

Cons: "Flight is delayed wonder why I paid for my luggage and my two small suit case not even 25 kilos each , thought limit is 50?"

Cons: "We were delayed"

Pros: "I was nursing a cold and the staff was offering me drinks and blanket."

Cons: "Departure was delayed by an hour."

Pros: "Connecting could hardly be any easier than at DEN--you get off your plane and you turn right or you turn left. No need to find a map of the airport; no need to figure out whether walking or taking the "trA'Am" would be faster; no need to catch a bus or go through security; just one (long) concourse."

Cons: "While connecting at DEN is easy, I wish there were more outlets for recharging my phone on the B concourse (like WN has on the C concourse). I wouldn't have gotten too much of a boost, though, as both of my flights were on time."

Pros: "The size of a first class seat"

Cons: "Entertainment system did not function properly. Seat cushions were worn out. The customer service representative was not able to complete my check in for the international segment."

Pros: "Flight was on time"

Cons: "Have to pay for movies/ shows"

Cons: "Three rolling delays in departure, and we landed the ground crew couldn't find stairs for us to deplane. Waited 30-minutes til we finally used the plane's stairs. Sigh- just makes one wonder about their commitment to getting flight ops right..."

Pros: "Ease of boarding"

Cons: "2 hour delay and missing my connection"

Pros: "The flight & crew were great"

Cons: "A cookie? C'mon man. I couldn't download the United app & didn't know I had to."

Cons: "One member of the crew was rude, advise if you dislike your job quit and find another!"

Cons: "The man who reprinted my boarding pass after I had left no e at security was extremely rude. I also found it ridiculous that I was charged to check my bag at the gate because it was about a half inch longer than the bin. Yes I understand there are size limits on carry on luggage but the plane was not even half full and the bag was clearly a standard carry on size. If anything, I should have been permitted to gate check the bag."

Pros: "Price of flight"

Cons: "Space between aeats"

Pros: "I can't really rate the food or entertainment. The flight was a red-eye so I slept. However, I slept well in First Class after upgrading several hours prior to take off."

Cons: "The flight was 1 hour 30 minutes late taking off."

Pros: "Routine"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Airline staff was very friendly."

Cons: "The temperature in the cabin was almost unbearably hot throughout the entire flight. And to give some perspective: I'm someone who is usually always cold on airplanes and typically not a fan of a/c. And I wore shorts & a t-shirt on the plane which I was nervous about doing because like I said, I'm always cold, but thank goodness I did for that flight."

Cons: "Landing delay due to another United planes mechanical issues, terrible follow up customer service. Worst airline out there."

Cons: "we were an hour late"

Pros: "Flight quick, everything went smooth. Staff was helpful and friendly."

Cons: "No negative comments."
